RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Downloadable software products

Selected health and personal care items
A proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Items returned with visible signs of use

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card provider — processing times can vary

Contact your bank — refunds may take several business days to appear
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact our support team and follow the return instructions provided.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit once the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you’ll be given the return mailing address after contacting support.

If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted from the refund
If your item is valued over $75 AUD, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
