TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

As the company sells products online and the customer wishes to purchase products offered through our sales channels, this agreement sets out the general terms and conditions governing the use of the website and the purchase of products.


I – CONFIDENTIALITY

Our store is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the customer during the purchase process.
Website security is monitored regularly and protected against unauthorised access and cyber threats.


II – CUSTOMER SUPPORT

If you have questions, concerns, or complaints regarding your order or website content, you may contact our Customer Support team.

III – DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Delivery timeframes are displayed during checkout and are calculated in business days. Orders are typically delivered Monday to Friday, although in some cases delivery may occur on weekends or public holidays.

III.I – It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product specifications and dimensions meet their needs. Upon delivery, the customer should check the product condition and contact Customer Support if any issue is identified.

III.II – Delivery partners may attempt delivery up to three times at the provided address. If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts, the order may be returned to our distribution centre.

III.III – Once an order has been completed, the payment method and delivery address cannot be changed. We are also unable to prioritise or fast-track orders beyond the shipping options offered at checkout.

III.IV – Estimated delivery times consider stock availability, destination, payment confirmation, and order processing time. Customers may receive automatic updates regarding their order status via email or other notification methods where available.

III.V – Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination.

III.VI – Delivery partners are not authorised to:

  • Enter private premises without permission

  • Install or service products

  • Open product packaging

  • Deliver to an address different from the one provided at checkout

  • Hand over orders to minors


IV – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Customers have the right to request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, where required by applicable consumer law or store policy.

To qualify for a return, the product must be sent back:

  • In its original packaging

  • With all accessories included

  • With proof of purchase

  • In unused condition unless faulty

IV.I – The return request must be submitted through Customer Support before sending the product back.

IV.II – Once the returned item is received at our distribution centre, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility. If approved, a full refund will be issued.

IV.III – For credit card payments, refunds are processed through the card issuer and may appear on the next billing statement or a subsequent one, depending on the provider’s processing time. Any remaining instalments and refund handling are managed by the card issuer after the refund is issued.
